Conflicts as a harbinger of a crisis

The starting point and the reason for a crisis is always a conflict which in its appearance is characterised by a basic paralysis. Those involved are permanently in retreat and see themselves in a situation of growing hopelessness.

In so far, not every conflict is at the same time ripe for the decision to call it a crisis. Only the incomprehension up to a connected helplessness of all involved parties shapes the appearance of the paralysis..

A conflict calls for at least two parties may it be persons, groups or as well bigger organisations, institutions resp. social system.
